Sturgeon are the most endangered species on the planet. Despite being around since the dinosaurs, these gentle giants are on the brink of extinction due to habitat loss, over fishing and a thriving illegal caviar trade. There is still hope for these ancient creatures and time is not out to save them! There is hope and there are people out there who want to save them, not just for their sake but for the health and preservation of our water ways, the lifeblood of both fish and humans.
